John Knox

John Knox was named to the all-MAC first team at second base in both 1969 and 1970. His 1970 season also earned him a place on the All-District/All-Region first team, seek and third team All-American. He was drafted in the eighth round of the 1970 MLB Draft by Detroit, and played four seasons for the Tigers, batting .274 for his career.

He was inducted into the BG Athletic Hall of Fame in 1976.
